In the former scenario, only one company will receive the lead based on the match between the lead’s needs and the company profile. In the latter scenario, up to three companies with the highest match and bid will receive the same lead. The choice between these scenarios is yours, though we recommend selecting the latter option.

Our system utilizes dynamic pricing to assess lead value and aims for maximum growth across businesses within specific industries and market segments. You set your maximum bid for leads during the second step of the campaign rollout when filling out your campaign configuration details. Your bid doesn’t necessarily need to be the highest among the companies we work with because we prioritize matching prospective leads with the most suitable businesses. If your company aligns well with a prospect’s needs better than others, even those with higher bids, you will receive the lead. This is why onboarding a new company into our system is an intricate process—we must thoroughly understand your business to effectively recommend it to potential clients for specific services, ensuring an automated and equitable approach.

You can issue a complaint about the lead using a dedicated form. Explain which criteria points were not satisfied by the lead and attach some justification. Our team will review your case within 1 day. If approved, you will not be charged for this lead.
