What does OmniLeads actually do?
It is an agent-powered B2B lead generation platform. You define your ICP. The agent sources prospects from Apollo + open web, scores them against your ICP, and generates a 3-touch personalized email + LinkedIn DM + voicemail script for each one. Your team reviews and sends; opens/clicks/replies stream into the dashboard via Resend webhooks.
How is this different from a regular lead-list tool?
Apollo gives you raw contacts. OmniLeads adds the agent layer: ICP scoring, per-lead Claude-personalized outreach, send/track infrastructure, and reply categorization in one dashboard. Most teams use 3–5 tools to do this; OmniLeads consolidates them.
Do I need an Apollo subscription?
No. We provision Apollo credits per plan. Starter includes 200 credits/month, Pro 1,000, Enterprise custom. Credits only spend on leads scoring 80+ on your ICP — so most of your enrichment budget goes to qualified prospects.
Can I run multiple businesses from one account?
Yes — each business gets its own ICP, credit budget, suppression list, and analytics. Common pattern: agency operators run 3–10 client businesses from a single OmniLeads account.

How much does it cost?
Starter $99/mo, Pro $249/mo, Enterprise custom. Each tier includes leads + outreach + Apollo credits — no per-seat fees, no usage-based surprises. 14-day free trial on every plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, full feature access, cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charge.
Can I cancel mid-cycle?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing is two months free (effectively 17% off). You can switch from monthly to annual anytime; we credit the prorated difference.
Setup
How long does setup take?
Active in under 30 minutes. ICP definition takes ~5 minutes. Email domain warm-up via Resend takes 2–3 days for new domains; existing warm domains start sending immediately.
Do I need to use my own domain?
Strongly recommended. Domain reputation drives deliverability. We help you set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC during onboarding. If you do not have a sending domain yet, we can provision a sub-domain on omnileads.shop temporarily.
How do replies work?
Replies route back to your inbox via Resend webhooks. The agent categorizes each reply (interested / not / out-of-office / wrong-person) so your team only sees the ones worth a human response.
Compliance
Is the cold outreach CAN-SPAM compliant?
Yes. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, your physical address, and accurate sender identification. Suppression list is honored across all your businesses globally.
Does the agent send messages without my approval?
You decide. Default is "review-before-send" — you approve each sequence in the dashboard before it goes out. Auto-send is available for high-volume operators with established sequences.
How do you handle GDPR / opt-outs?
Opt-outs are honored across all sequences and all your businesses. We do not target EU residents in default ICP runs; if you need EU outreach, GDPR-compliant consent paths are available on Pro and Enterprise.
Support
How do I get help?
Email support is included on all plans (24-hour response). Pro plans include shared Slack channel access. Enterprise plans include a named CSM and SLA-backed response times.
Do you onboard new accounts?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise include a 60-minute onboarding session covering ICP definition, domain setup, and first-sequence approval. Starter onboarding is async via documentation + email support.
